Dear BitMax.io Users,

 

BitMax.io experienced a temporary AWS service disruption around 11am EST. November 29. As a result, order entry and cancelation via the website GUI and API were impacted. BitMax.io wallet and custody operations are NOT affected and all customer assets are SAFE.

Since then the team has worked with AWS team and restored majority of trading services. Upon system reboot -eta one hour, open orders are being canceled as part of market protocol. The deposit and withdrawal functions will resume in an hour.
